bigjohndeere: not many nuffields around these parts now, were getting my grandads old grey ferguson back soon for restoration that and the maintenance of the other tractors, diggersetc will keep us busy for the summer! possibly know where theres a gear box for a nuffield, been a while since i seen it tho
Good luck with the resto , not sure if we'll make any change to gearbox but cheers anyway B

I couldn't imagine them coming in, sitting down and going on the internet to tell people how many tractors they had. Apart from the Deere and the Brown we have a '64 Nuffield 10/60 patiently waiting the completion of some 'frankensteinary' in the power department , a Leyland engine swap in place of its own . Nothing too ambitious like a 6 potter as some do but 70hp will be better than 60 !
