I think the reason why nice people are supposed to finish last is that we care so we can get hurt. If we want to avoid pain in life we have to also avoid loving others, but what sort of life would that be?

Im afraid if we had foresight most of us would never get out of bed!!
Best way to learn is by doing. Good and bad, we learn something. Things will improve, you'll see.
In a way hindsight is a type of foresight. The more you experience the more you will see the signs and be able to avoid scenarios

Some people never think of what could be,just what can be and they pin all there hopes on that.I tend to weigh up both options so i know what i could be expecting.Its annoying when the worst of your thinking happens.Hope you feel better today
