solitare: Being set-up can...could/ should unravel at any trial if all charges are not dropped now, in which case, those who are trying to find the trail back to Sarkozy will have to dig deeper and faster...then again, the DA's office may have come into something that smells of a 'set-up' and is trying to get out of the whole mess...In investigations, the District Attorney's office also has the legal and moral obligation to inform the Defense of any and all evidence that pertains to their client's innocence...
The DA lost two big cases this week and Ken Johnson (defendent's atty) made sure that the public was aware of it in the press conference. Johnson said that they are probably going to end the case cause they fear they will lose and the city can't afford to lose another big case. I watched the press conference so I'm just repeating what I heard to the peeps...
