Hi Charleee - sorry you arent too well this morning - self inflicted hey laugh The only cure for a hangover I am told is to stay drunk! I dont really drink apart from the odd glass of wine cos I hate getting sick and thats the drink has on me - I've got loads of friends on a night out though cos they always need a driverlaugh

best hangover cure is to...do 50 press ups, then a 5mile jog,get somebody to thrash you with birch twigs, then immerse yourself in a barrel of ice water....just the thought of doing it clears your head instantly.you probably need a bit more practise drinking, the more you drink, the less vicious of a hangover you get.ive stopped drinking since i fell asleep and some clown put a bin on ma head.i thought id gone blind cool

well when you get bac home drink as much water as you can. i cant manage drinking now, i can manage about 2 glasses of wine, 3 at a push, but in my younger days when i went clubbing i had a bottle of water with every alcholic drink i had and always had a glass of milk before i went out to put a lining on my stomach to stop me from being sick. so ive only had a few bad hangovers

i cant drink enough now to get drunk else im just sick and get a migraine, as its not worth it just to get drunk, i did enough of that in my teenage years, i just prefer a quiet drink now and just a couple odf drinks, i think when you get older and you grow up you dont tend to get drunk very often. even now if i could drink what i wanted i wouldnt get drunk, ive been there done that and dont want to do it again, im more sensible now
