soooo went back to the bank and they took my details and told me they would get back to me about it she said the machine may have sucked it back in after a few minutes .. there was no1 waiting behind me thankgod hopefully im safe......
But if u found money would u hand it back to the bank or would u keep it or givr it to charity ??

similar thing happened to my ma she took out E100 walked away a forgot it the next woman took it out when my ma came back a minute or two later the woman handed straight back to her when she could of just walked away with it

I know its only 40e but it would do my shopping for the week ....i was prob thinking too much about the exam and that how i forgot it ..u dont think itll happen to u

Well... i would hand it back into a shop or if it was the at the atm i would hand it back in there too ...... is just right to do it ....
my friend found 90e in a nightclub a cupl of weeks ago right, she rang the local radio station told them to advertise she founf 90e she said to them if the owners hasnt rang in a week she would give it charity so she ended up giving it to charity

Depends on the amount, if I found it blowing about the street then hey, its mine.....everything happens for a reason, right? (or at least on these occasions
)Any large amount, no matter where I found it, or a wallet etc, I'd be likely to drop it into the local Gardai station.....let them get a few beers and a box of doughnuts on it.....arghh.....have to stop assuming everyone is dishonest, I mean let them deal with it.

Yes I'd hand money back in to the bank if I found it at an ATM but if it dispensed more than I ask for then screw them unless it appeared on paper.

On Monday morning when they reconcile the atm there should be a certain amount of 10's,20's and 50's left in the machine and a record of what was requsted/withdrawn by users....so if you say you requested 40 and took nothing from the machine and there happens to be two extra 20's in the cartridge then it will be obvious that you are telling the truth and your account will be credited straight away. Don't be fretting about it ehehehehhe wudnt we all like a banklink that gives out extra cash
