i have to agree, it is nice to see a picture, it is much more personal when interacting on the forum, it is ok if a person is new and they have not managed to load a picture, some people have been around a long time, yet they still leave a blank face, why would this be? after all you can mail picture's to c.s. who will load them on your behalf, if you are not capable of doing this yourself...
