vosztok: Emails: I get emails only from people who never read my profile or anything else I wrote here. In the two weeks I been on this site, I got about 7 such non-interesting letters from people who are not interested in me, for what or who I am.
This is quite annoying. I am on other sites, where this is not a problem at all. I get no mail there. That is preferable to getting junk mail.
Maybe there could be a switch to turn off all incoming mail? If someone wanted to write to me, they'd let me know on the forums, and I would let their mail in. Instead of blocking people on demand and allowing all others, we should block all, and allow only people on demand.

Its a free site and it comes with the territory I'm afraid.

And just because they don't appear on your WVM list does not necessarily mean someone hasn't viewed you. People can view your profile without being signed in. The forums are a good way of getting to know people but its only a very small proportion of the available luverlies post so its up to you

All of us get those kind of emails...I especially get a kick out of the email that arrives after posting a pic of me in a bikini

I totally understand. I got sick of several other sites because I'm a vegetarian non-smoker and they keep trying to set me up with smokers who hunt and fish. And then, I hate sports and there's no sport hater filter to avoid all the sport nuts.
