Women expect to be wooed. Unfortunately for me, I'm shy, so I'm more comfortable having the woman make the first move. Of course, we guys are kind of dense, and some of us need a 2X4 over the head to get out attention when a woman is interested in us.

May I suggest after looking at your profile change some of your profile pics they all look the same maybe some full body shots (fully clothed) of course. Also a bit more about yourself hobbies likes / dislikes etc!
If it helps you on a womans point of view that is only my comment not other ladies. I don't make it a point to logg on to guys profiles if they like me they can pop into my profile to say Hi! call me old fashion but I believe in the man to be the one to make the first move.

Most women don't have an issue with making first contact and taking a risk - we do appreciate the risk guys take in initiating contact online, or asking us out in real life. I do, anyway.
Women just can't help noticing that when we play it cool, guys seem to like us more. Many guys value the relationships they have to work for a lot more than the girls who are there every time they click their fingers. we're not trying to make men miserable - quite the opposite actually.
