I remembered the above website and found a freephone 0800 number - and get this - the queue to speak to someone was nil. I got through immediately, because they are paying for the call, not me.

Yep, money saved! When they are paying for the call and not you then it is in their best interests to get you sorted immediately and not leaving you hanging on the phone for minutes, or sometimes hours. Perhaps use it when you need to phone a helpline, government office, etc.
