Im a bit of a computer dumba**, I have had an little ipod shuffle for ages now, I can put music from the itunes library on it, but does anybody no how to move music that i have on my laptop into my itunes library or how to sync my ipod to the computer????

Is "Laptop" and "Computer" the same machine or do you have both and want to move music from one to the other?
To move music from Computer/laptop memory onto ITunes...
On iTunes: File > Add File/Folder to Library (file/folder selected would be on the computer/laptop)

Normally Itunes on your laptop or PC will automatically pick up the device when attached to the PC and can be seen in the Itunes toolbar.
