TEASE: Last week a guy that was doing some work for me
asked me to leave the money I owe him into
the local post office for him to collect .
when I went in with the envelope The girl behind
the counter had a big smile and was very friendly
and I noticed she had lots of energy .
I just said whats the craic and we chatted for a few seconds
and as I was leaving she mentioned my nickname from school
years ago .
this had me wondering how she knew me and for the last few
days it was driving me mad so I went back in to the post
office today .
I was chatting away to her and people were coming in
and collecting their dole so everytime someone came
in I let them go to the counter and went back to
chatting with her afterwards .
she said she knew me from an ex-girlfriend about 10 years ago
I told her I was a bit embarrassed cos I didnt know her
and I asked her what her name was .
I was there about 10 minutes and found out what I wanted to know
I thought I could find her on facebook and see her relationship status
but when I searched for her shes not on there
Was thinking of going back in again sometime this week
and asking her could we continue our conversation outside of work
I think I'll find out pretty fast if she's seeing someone or not
