I never tried this oil but the omega 3 fish oils are great for memory, skin and hair

Yes, and Udo's oil has all the omega 3 oils. Its supposed to great for EVERYTHING! I heard people say they feel absolutely great after taking it

I heard it is supposed to be good but expensive compared to own brand products. I take omega 3 and cod liver oils they make your hair shine and your skin great and I have a better memory but I don't know if thats a plus yet
Holland and Barret do good sales from time to time where u get two for the price of one sometimes

where do you get it, in natural food stores ?
yes good product..very high quality and worth every penny...no additives...so has to be kept in the fridge......beneficial for many conditions.....pharmacies (esp the bigger ones) will kept it, dunno about health store for sure?

I asked in Holland and Barrett and they don't do it. They have there own brand though. It's cheaper but I don't know if its the same. I got the Udo's oil in a health food shop. It has to kept in the fridge.
