doing the city tour red bus is a good place to start!! the merchantile on dame street is a nice pub

A great pub and chinese place to try out are Kavanaghs pub and i think the chinese is called the green house,both of them are in Stoneybatter and next to each other with a pizza takeaway inbetween them,Cheers,

yeah merchantile is good. the porterhouse has a good selection of beers
Can't say I know Kavenaghs, must google that :) Was in the porterhouse once, really nice bar, have ended up in dandeloin the last 2 weekends so need a new late bar / club to check out :)
