You can back up your phone onto gmail / Outlook / (obviously before you lose it!!!)

Have an app on my phone that backs everything up, locates phone with gps if lost, disables phone if lost and gives an alarm to find phone if lost in house (even if phone on silent!!!).... Now if I could just find my phone I could tell you what it's called

It depends if your numbers are on the phone or the sim, if theyre on the sim then just go into a phone shop and they will be able to give u a new sim with your numbers on it. Think thats how it works anyhow.
