I grew up here in Portland Oregon and a lot of Punk Rock groups were really happening here and in Seattle. I would love to hear anyone's Favorite or wildest Bands,,,,the ones that were in that subculture of their own.
Here is Some friends of mine that had many groups and recorded everything in mono for a long time. Dead Moon..........Check Out the Big Candle on the bass drum and Andrew Loomis used to pour his beer on the big floor tom so every time he hit it the beer would fly all over the place! It was some wild times.
This is during a tour and they are in Germany 1998 Fred Cole on Guitar Toody Cole on Bass and Andrew Loomis on the Drums.

Last year I took a extra speaker and hooked it to the main {front} speaker connect and placed it face down to scare the racoons out of the crawl space below my living room. ;-}

RIP Billy Rancher.............not really punk but it was right in the same time....I have his guitar that he traded in at Captain Whizeagles. He died of lymphoma in 1986.. He was a very good Soul...Everyone Loved him that knew him. He grew up in Portland with the rest of us. Billy Rancher and the Unreal Gods.
