What are they?

This is an exercise program used by Tibetan monks to live long, vibrant and healthy lives.

It´s a form of medition in motion.

How long do these exercises take?

10/15 minutes preferably before breakfast.

What are the benefits?

Feel more energetic and fresh.

Increased physical strength/Vitality/Energy.

Enhanced sense of well being and harmony.

Relief from nervous stress.

Sound sleep.

Improvement in respiration.

Improved emotional and mental health.

Bone Mass enhancement

Strengthening of core muscles

Relief from back pain/spine problems/muscular tension.

Strengthening of spine/improved posture.

Better memory.

Improved vision.

Greater mental alertness.

Good for cardiovascular system.

Oxygenates the body and higher metabolism.

Detoxification of body.

Assist in detoxifying the body.

Improved digestion.

Reduction/elimination of fat around midsection/weight loss.

Relief from arthritis/problems with joints/pain.

Do you have any rite –Tibetan grin - or some thing else to improve the content, debate and above all, to be able to see life as it IS in CS, to be able to see ourselves with our flaws???


I can not fool myself of what my weaknesses are –not will say them here- but I can not hide them.
