Conrad73: X-Ray has a poor Resolution!
I was lucky they gave me a Tomography, where it showed up!
Was about 13-14mm.In regular X-Ray it would have to be about double the size to show up,and might still get overlooked by a non-Specialist!

True Conrad, but even on my Dad's Xray they said it was extremely advanced.

Glad to know that there are success stories though.handshake

bestbefore: Hello life

Sometimes the signs are ignored by G.Ps

A very dear friend of mine was diagnosed with depression ,and the pain in her arm treated with painkillers.

This went on for 6 months before she was finally admitted through A and E in November when she was diagnosed with lung and brain cancer. She passed away at 50 yrs the following January.

Here in the Uk most Cancer patients get free treatment and no prescription charges. Having said that some expensive drugs are still not available for certain areas.

Hi Best-as-Always!

I am so sorry for your friend and her family as well. At this moment a friend of mine is fighting throat cancer and it looks like she might make it.

Another friend had cancer in her breast, got treatment and she has passed the 5 years period but she paid the best private care and did it on time.

With the tons of info about cancer we should not ignore the symptoms but above all we should take the regular tests.

Here we do have social medicine but for the cancer treatment, some drugs are not available either and people with low income are not able to get those on their own.

There will always be a new disease.

Pathogens are part of this world and they evolve.
