As for Barclay's if it is anything like our major banks, they are there to make money, to compete on the global market and stuff the everyday person...

They have been part of the "illegal" bank charges accusations of recent years and now this.....?!
Bob Diamond has declared he will not resign and insists that the problem lies with front line help-desk supervisory staff...? Denying knowledge is one thing but, please, rather than a gracious admission of responsibility for what has happened, the brass-neck of the bloke to place onus on employees so far down the food-chain its not credible.........
