Would you want him as a neighbour thou

God knows him and his hippy mates would be smoking the weed and looking scruffy outside your house begging for money so their weed smoking commie mates could fund growing the weed to sell to children grin

To tell the truth, No, I wouldn't want him as my neighbour, but i do like the smell of "burning weed" even if im not a user...

Went to Brixton some years back to see Gil Scott Heron, The Fridge was the venue, just off Electric Avenue, crikey, we were all stoned after that gig, and not a toke was taken by us 3 whiteys!...

I wouldn't mind them protesting but it would be nice if they were educated enough to understand the issues they were protesting about.

I remember having a conversation with a couple of south dublin girls about conservation and they were going mad about about foxhunting in the country. City folkdoh
Anyway , the chat turned to Tigers in India and them saying ,loike , do these poachers not realise there are only Loike a few thousand tigers left in the world.
So I suggested bringing these few thousand tigers over to Ireland loike and releasing them in Dundrum shopping centre and see how they would Loike having big vicious cats ripping their families apart loike.laugh

hug Conservation is an issue close to my heart, tree huggers may make a nuisance of themselves but if nothing else they highlight certain issues that people wouldn't necessarily be aware of otherwise.

I'm a blow in, have lived in Wicklow for 20 yrs, the landscape here has changed dramatically in the past 10 yrs..

Nature has a way of compensating but the way things have gone all you see is red brick .. and I'm a realist, if a little bit old romantic.. I do agree with a lot of the 'tree huggers' and although they won't save the world their actions may induce some thought into what the hell we're destroying and to what purpose.
