When we look at numbers of data that have been put together it is important to keep certain things in mind depending in what you are talking about,,cheese....Death by gunshot..etc., I was looking at some of the graphs and I realized that these numbers were not "per capita" It was just a lump some. I could not find data on hardly any of this type of Actions that were within the last 2 years, I will put here what I did find and it was the most recent to the date that is on each listing.

Now I will put another that will turn some of the countries around. but this will not be a equal comparison. it is merely a lump some. so denser larger countries may switch around and it is interesting because you could probably take whatever country you chose ( if data is available) and then find what regions within that Country are the Highest.
I couldn't fit the links on there but there is a lot more data there. The one from Wiki was numbers from all over and I guess that is the way it is sometimes..and the numbers did not want to line up so well...I am sure anyone that wants to can look at that and it will look pretty close to the second,,,the one that is not per capita.
I have to cut some hair but I wanted to just say that I posted that maybe a little sooner than if I would have looked a little closer. I think that there is truth to it but I also am wondering if they have some numbers missing as well....and I would think that there would be more up to date information on this in such a data intense world. The Mortality rates and how we survive seem like they would be important to more than that are making these statistics. maybe people are just drinking the coffee and doing the work in their minds,,,It's all Cheese anyway.

Only half dumb me. I reset my settings.Try again bro.
WhistlingDixie: I seem to be going off my own topic here ,
My take on the Gun Laws in the U.S. is they could only take those that are legaly held , any Nutter that wants to get one will legaly ,or otherwise to do harm , , and for that reason Law abiding citizens do have to protect themselves from these Nutters by having acess to Guns themselves . Sad but true .
The other thing is , i wonder iff the News Media are doing more harm than good by giving mass coverage on these tradjic incidents , by activating another Nutter to take the other Nutters place .
I know your referance wasnt to this , but just thought it would give me a chance to put this over ..
I agree with your comments regarding the mass publicity each time several people are gunned down; pardon me, "massacred" as the media puts it. Several of those who have 'massacred' people within the last several years have made comments regarding ones as if it came down to some sort of homicidal contest to out do some previous record. Thanks to all the press publicity, it seems to be a competition. These 'nutters' need to be put into war zones on any front lines or simply drop them into any 'enemy' military base fully loaded ...good riddance.
