I think that was intially part of the Honeynet Project cloud. A site that cloned Facebook and when you 'stalked' someone on Facebook you ended up on the Honeynet 'Facebook' (without knowing it) which had admin privilidges over your page because of cookies you accepted by visiting the page or something. It's a bit over my head really. I'm much to simple for that sort of counter-surveillance.

It was just a glitch for a while i think, i seen someone's private mail on their timeline and they had to delete them, didn't happen to everyone though...
