Well, no doubt, it's a tough thing to do. Just mentally prepare yourself before you go into the shop. Give yourself a day or two if neccessary. Just keep telling yourself that you will do it. Then, face the fear, dude!! If you don't stop listening to that little voice soon, it will just get louder and you never will. Trust me... I been there.

I was so frikkin' annoyed at my lack of competence today that I got into the car and just started driving, I ended up in Kildare somewhere!
