I think plenty of fish has the same problem as this site. Its a case of where reality collides with delusion. It always amuses me that some women expect to form a relationship with a well balanced man when the fragility of their mental state is incompatible with that desire.

I agree with scriobhneoir. The paid sites wouldn't be any better than the free ones. That said, there's fewer messers on paid sites.

One thing I did note was that one a number of female profiles (women whom appeared to be level headed and grounded) that they mention how their friends had joined up and they heard great stories, or, they were on it before, met some great guys and was back to give it another go

I've never tried a paid dating site before, but I would imagine they are better... they likes of match dot com... better is the wrong word... when it's free to join, anyone can join just to waste a bit of time or ease the boredom. A paid site!! Well, people will want dates and are actively looking to date unlike some (not all) people on free sites.
