My tendency to worry about everything.

My shyness. It causes me so many missed opportunities. "Try writing a few women on CS." Too shy. "Try making the first move." Too shy. "Why won't you let people hear your music?" Too shy. Sheesh! I don't know whether shyness is related to confidence or not. I think it's more the shyness that stops me, rather than an issue with confidence.
