He has a driveway but anytime someone parks outside his house(between the 2 pillers) he goes mad and leaves notes on people's cars telling them not to park there. What I recently found out is he has no right! Anyone can park there aslong as his driveway( entrance to and from it) is not blocked! Loads of people have issues with him and he is getting enemies thick and fast! Anyone have any problems with neighbours?
Is it 'his' land, set back off the road?, if yes, hes in the right... If its a public road and frontage, and as long as unrestricted access via the driveway is available, then he has no rights, in fact he is illegally tampering with vehicles by placing notices on the windscreens if you want to play hardball....
But frankly, id leave him alone, its all pretty small stuff in the greater scheme of things....
Try getting bent out of shape when young lads start pissing in your letter box and keying your new car, or when our blessed goverment puts their hand in your pocket, and not for a friendly game of pocket billiards....

What a dufus. Isn't it a good job nobody burned the corner off one of those notes and then left it sticking out of his letterbox? And maybe a Lucozade bottle full of unleaded on his doorstep with just a few spoons of sugar dissolved in it in case he was the sort of skin-the-goat that would think it smart to put it in his car
Not that I would condone that sort of behaviour but it's a wonder nobody has done it all the same
