I agree, though personally I have only seen it first hand when in Dublin and here where I grew up. Though I have been to other countries I do not know what their issues are on the subject.

I didn't say I didn't care - I said round about way that is is not such a big deal that Oregon state is just catching up to the rest of the states.

oh, I think in the response to the op I must have misunderstood. But this is not new here either. In my life time I have seen a lot of crazy stuff in this State. This is just one more thing that people are talking about more it seems, it is not new. Just more awareness or publicity I suppose. I remember when it was the Rajneeshpuram, No one could wear red and the one city of antelope was a focal point while there was more and more conflict and fear and panic poured into the daily life of the State and if we would have a takeover by a cult. Automatic weapons and millions of dollars back then went a lot further I think, LOL....I laugh today but at the time is was something! and yet just one of many of the crazy events in the Oregon history that seem to happen in a strange pattern.
