The best place for sightseeing in England is definately the Lake District located in Cumbria
I guess this one's pretty obvious but Edinburgh is a must if visiting Scotland. So much to see & do there & a visit to the mountains around Perth not too far from the Scottish capital :
Personally i dislike Paris so would say avoid. My favourite area of France is the very Southeast of the country where you have lovely seaside places like Biarritz & the Pyrenees mountain's just a short car journey away.
No visitor to Spain should miss Barcelona:
