Karma plays a role here.... everything in the universe must atain a equal balance.... Ying Yang and all that stuff....
therefore for every evil act there will be an equally powerfull good act.... if someone does wrong, they will get their 'come-up-pence' sooner or later... it is not for us to decide where or when it will happen, maybe they will die sooner than they would have or meet with an horrific car accident a few years later but Karma will prevail at all times.....
