Not necessarily. I'm friendly with my neighbors but don't pry into their private lives.

i don't think so. while i am now home in canada again, i did live in ohio for several years.
i knew my neighbors, and really enjoyed my time there. i have lived in a few places now, and found the folks i met in ohio to be the friendliest folks i've ever had the pleasure to meet.

don't paint everyone with the same brush

Not painting everyone with the same brush I am sure they are very friendly In certain areas and then again you have areas that reflect a bubble effect ie not knowing what is going on to the left or right I feel the person charged with this heinous crime felt at ease with his neighbours so to speak and yet they where distant from him.

kind of like ivan payne or tony walsh?

i'm not going to get into this with you. every country has criminals running under the radar...
and while it might be a sign of the times, i don't believe it's limited in geography.

I agree with the criminals radar thing but don't you think America has more shootings and acts of violence against individuals than any other country in the world with their gun laws beard into there constitution the right to bear arms surely this should be against there common foe and not their folk and hence this blatant disregard for there fellow being.
No need to get into me with same I will leave it that.wine
