Its seems more like traditional words which have taught to us in school and that we have to write must in our profile

Isn't that precisely what they're doing?
At least you know if someone writes something in their profile which indicates their personality might not be incompatible with yours, you know to look elsewhere.
Its perhaps better than creating a profile not true to themselves, isn't it?
