Sounds like you need to set up your settings

Maybe CS thought there just were not enough peeps in Ireland to keep you satisfied and so threw the whole world in for good measure?

Are you clicking on the "online now" option across the ribbon?
That brings up all areas, you have to select the "Ireland" tab.
