What are the practical steps in closing distance to be together? No surprises the Irish embassy is easier/more helpful. Anyone have friends/family with similar relationship?

All he has to do is get on a plane to Ireland, tear up his Jordanian passport, and seek asylum as a refugee from Syria when he gets to the immigration checkpoint. That's what all the Jordanians have been doing since they stopped claiming they were refugees from Iraq.
