I had a look to see what you were talking about. This 'lamp oil' is just 'lampante'. It's basically Oil from Olives that were spoiled. Not actual paraffin.
It shouldn't be mixed, but it's not quiet the same as paraffin oil, is it?
I cook with Olive Oil, but never consume it as a salad dressing.
