Good post, 48jojo. Sometimes it's important to assess individuals motivation also. Whether it's truly concern or wonderment, or whether there's a bit of anxiety there. Especially when someone lists their age 10+ years younger than they really are... the motivations can be varied.
I see discussions like this sometimes. I'm always struck at how unlikely the main advocates of this would ever get to be the one with the 1 man-many women scenario.
In times past, when society was so fragile in various parts of the world that these types of relationships were necessary, only the Alpha of the Alphas could pull this off. And for every one of them there was legions of unattached. China was torn apart by this policy centuries ago. Bad idea when it's not needed.
I didn't watch the documentary. But from what I know, the same genes and predisposition to make risks takers of all sorts of noble pursuits are the same that make psychopaths. It's the rearing that shapes whether they have that lack of empathy.
Ken. Maybe use a different word for "fractals"? By definition, fractals are infinite and already exist. Just in practice they need to be plotted. Fractals in biology or in observable nature (such as a leaf of a tree) are only fractal like. The plot of a Mandlebrot Set, you can zoom down into it for ever and you will see detail resolving.
No. I make generalisations, not bad ones. The ones I made, Kapultura you never dared challenge. You simply side skirted. Because you were incapable of challenging them.
Yeah. Mayweather gets a lot of flack for the way he fights. He wants to own the centre of the ring and always moves to bring the fight there. It makes him like he's running away, but he isn't. He's juts careful and technical.
