mcattack: Just wondering is there credit on the new debit card issued by AIB...i know it's highly doubtful but if i'm shopping online and it's slightly out of my price range in my current account will it still go through?? and if so how much will i be charged??

Debit cards are called that because there is no credit given...at all. Money has to be in your account, unless you have an overdraft facility.
