pedro27: my opinion that this story is in a way a form of renewnal, kind of like the unconditnal love our father has for us, like the sun that keeps shining it is always there, but through our ways sometimes it hard to feel that consent rays of love.

pedro, this story is much much older than the bible. The tree is the tree of life.The life. The 2 birds are you. The lower bird is you in your daily life.Your busy mind.The upper bird is the witness, the watcher, or your soul. That is your real beeing.
the 2 birds will become one-thats the realisation of self, the true transformation.I really love this story, coz it explains the life just by this nice picture.
