I was in the Army from 83 to 88 and served in the states and overseas. I can only say God bless all the soldiers these days from keeping our country safe and free.

Jumped around quite a bit, myself. Had alot of special TADs. Major stuff was the Drug Interdiction TF in the Gulf of Mexico, a tour of recruiting support, and then supported 22 MEU in the Med w/a short stint TAD to BMU2.

Yeah but it was pretty much not the normal back then I was quailified to operate microwave com and did use it alittle at the end of my tour mostly I used line of sight comunications...and cable.
