.....yes I awoke this morning very positive on all accounts......yes it was still raining.....into the kitchen.....no coffee....milk had turned sour.....opened front door.....as this woman walked by......good morning I shouted.......she turned.....and stuck her middle finger up...closed door......and smiled.....

Oh it's beautiful here. The weather is awesome, the ocean is great. But without good health it doesn't mean much, and all the positive thinking and such doesn't help if it don't start materializing realistically.

hello everyone .. scheduled for surgery on the 22nd .. nothing serious 
.. have to go for bloodwork, xray and an ECG.. 
not sure why I need all these tests done oh well guess it is to be on the safe side ( and to make sure I wake up on this side of the grass.. lol)and with no complications and the I meet with the anesthesiologist on the 20th...
have an awesome day everyone and what a beautiful day here in my part of the world ..it is plus 7 C not sure what that would be on F
