Are taxes being paid adequately from online transactions?

Some friends of mine would like to develop and to sell an app (lication) trough Ap ple and Ap ple is supposed to pay the taxes to the USA-IRS because it is based there. Although, it has been some controversy whether Ap ple has paid or not the taxes they should.
“Ap ple Avoided Taxes on Overseas Billions, Senate Panel Finds”

(How taxes are being used in the USA -as well as in Mex -that is another story).

My friends whom are not Me xican nor Ame rican, pay their taxes to the Me xican IRS because their tiny little company is based on Me xican land.

Is that fair for them to indirectly pay their taxes to USA?.

Of course these friends could sell that app by themselves but then they would not have the validation of Ap ple and their success might not be as expected.

Any ideas?

Any comments?

Let him who thinks he hasn't paid enough taxes cast the first ballot.

Perhaps, I did not explain myself clearly Ray.
I have not doubt that we must pay taxes.

Do I pay enough? I do not know.
But I do pay what the Me xican law mandates.

The point of the thread is:

Someone(based in M exi co) sells an “x” online product –software- to a person in Indonesia just to say and the taxes from that transaction go to USA because the “host” of that transaction is based in USA-land.

Is that fair?
Is there another way?

I am not looking for ways not to pay taxes I am just looking for ways to do transactions on line that their taxes are paid and paid to their correct IRS or IRS, no matter the country (ies).

As a general rule governments want as much of citizens income as they can possibly take without provoking a collapse of the economy. And in times of crisis they want even more.

I think it's every citizen's responsibility to decide how much they think they should give the government and to resist giving even one dime more than that.

Governments must learn responsibility and frugality. They get spoiled when people give them everything they ask for. It makes them turn out violent and greedy.

Hi Ray

A few days ago I had to go to the IRS office to dimish responsabilities, because my brother's little bussiness -that I was in charge of- was sold.applause

That day there were lots of people at the office, I had my appointment at an X hour and I got in 1 hr later but the important thing is that besides me was a poor old man, really poor that was going to deal with some complicated stuff for paying taxes!!! For the gov to spend those taxes in stupid things, luxury vehicles, meals at the most expensive restaurants, etc....

very mad

We need to change the way gov are spending our taxes.
Do they need vehicles?

Sure!

Make an state law for them to be able to purchase and use only 10 yr vehicles and they have to be VW and Nissan the little ones, so if they are fat they will trouble fitting in them and they will not like to use them, besides.
