I was just on the Carnival Conquest for a 7 day cruise this past Sept. This was my first experience on this ship. (I take one cruise a year) The staff on this ship was excellent! They had activities everyday... always something going on! It was a fun time and I plan on taking the same cruise again next year!! wooo hoooo

The only cruises I've been on were all thanx to the USCG. Spent ten months on the USCGC Hamilton out of Boston.
One trip we did was thru the Bermuda Triangle and that was a little hairy. First, we lost electrical power and then we lost all steering. Luckily all was explainable and fixable

Well when I went on an eight-day cruise to Mexico last year, I played in the casino every single day. I won almost every single time. I won enough to pay for my cruise and double my spending money.

What is so attractive about sitting on a gigantic boat? Oh ya the casino's are a hoot, NOT.
I would rather visit on land and explore a country rather than sit on titanic.
Thats my opinion. Money better spent elsewhere. But for some just sitting on a large vessel is good relaxing for them. So too each their own.
