i dont, i have a hard time staying asleep thats why i was up at 4.15am this morning and near enough every morning around that time.
i would love to be able to go to bed about 9.30-10pm and get up about 7.30am but i just cant or some reason.

I was born a night owl...I love everything about the night and very little about the early mornings.
Time to change that, and become better at sleeping right, I am 41 yrs old....I may not look good in 10 yrs...

I get by on 5 hours sleep a night. So, if I go to bed at 10:30, Im awake at 4!!! If I leave it until going to bed at midnight, then I wake up at 5!
If I am lucky, I get a lie in at the weekends until 6!!!
Early mornings are best for lots of things!
You see the sunrise, and the daybreak is an awesome sight, even when its throwing it down with rain.
