blushing i apologize for not understanding the flower thing..guess i learned in a public way so I'll respond in return. The earlier thread is gone so I'll comment here. I looked over the flowers & thought some were romantic such as roses, hearts, etc. I did not chose them because I was just trying to let some one know I found their profile nicely put so I commented. I was not trying to initiate anything more. So, now that I learned that's tabu here in the CS forums, i'll reserve my flower sending to only someone i find myself attracted toblushing

I didn't see the earlier thread so I am not sure what you are refering to, but I use flowers to send short msgs to people. They aren't always (and actually not usually) for romantic purposes. If its taboo to do that.....oh well. I have always been considered a bit odd.

lol, i can be a little odd sometimes myself. the thread must have gotten pulled. the person did barfing gestures & etc. i thought a simple message to tell me not to send anty more would have sufficed but the person chose to handle it rudely

Well I am hoping that person didnt mean it the way you took it. We are usually a lot more caring about other peoples feelings around here. I am not sure what has happened this weekend. I think there are some serious chemicals in peoples water!!!!

thanks duce, & everyone! Now after this ex[perience If i do see someone i am interested in i'd die if they posted like the other person did. Its hard making friends for me because i am new to this. I am 1 of those people who until now has been content with a handful of friends who i have known for yrs

I'm sorry that happened to you ... that just seems rude!

I didn't see the other thread and I am new here but certainly wouldn't have thought twice about sending a flower as you did...

Keep doing what feels comfortable to you - I would hope the 'barfing' response was an isolated incident. Geez!
