I eat alot of red grapes which has the antioxidants that in red wine,
Dark chocolate with 70 percent coco solids is full of antioxidants which is great for the heart,just two squares per day.
I love the red grapes. And I don't get a headache from them.

.If ever you on holiday in the sun and your setting out early in the morning I recommend the spritzer it's great pick you up in the morning after the night before if you had too much grape juice.
White grape juice with 7 up on the rocks.or,

The spritzer s taste so nice you may want to drink them all day ,you could visit each cafe bar in the resort throughout your day that way you are on the move taking in the sights from bar to bar meeting and seeing different things and people instead of being in one place .
Because you might drink up all their grape juice and 7 up.
