Phoenix: No Muslims go to state schools by and large.
There's a man here upstairs in the International forums that's actually living in France and said the middle class Muslims (those that have a few quid) send their kids to Catholic schools because the level of education is worse in the State school. And because the values are not liberal secular. Same way there was Anglicans in my school (A Catholic congregation run school).
And that trend is not unusual. All across the remains of the former British Empire, India, Pakistan etc, many of the richest send their kids to the Catholic Schools. Not to become religious, or catholic (They go in Hindu/Muslim, they come out Hindu/Muslim) but because the set of values and level of education is far superior than what's available from any other schools available.
And that is, and has always been, and will always be the way.
Have you ever considered who actually benefits from unrest and wars? It tends to be the ones in power who take whatever harvest can be gained, while the people on the ground pay the price.
As I see it, unrest is created on purpose, and if your figures are right, and areas there are getting less financial support, again ask yourself what reason that could have. If the forces responsible would wish to bring peace, one would think they'd let more support flow into areas like that, but they do not.
Divide people so they will not unite. Sow hatred among them and keep the flames going, and they will not have the strength to oppose the true oppressors. We have hot spots of unrest all over this planet. Beat me with a stick but I see method in it, and I believe anyone keeping the hatred going aids what the leading forces secretly want.
