The incident happened at around 9.30am at the Airside Retail Park in Swords.
It is understood there was disruption outside the toy store, after a number of people had been queuing overnight, for a doll based on a character from the Disney feature-length cartoon, "Frozen".
Gardaí say nobody was arrested in the incident and investigations are ongoing.
In Galway city, around 60 people queued from early morning outside Smyths Toy Store on the Headford Road for the popular Snow Glow Elsa doll.
However, the shop received a shipment of 26 dolls that morning and had to distribute the toy to customers through a “ticketing system”.
It looks like things are getting rough, on the Disney princess characters front.
