Are You Strong Enough to Heal?

I know I’m strong enough to bleed
I do, each time my heart has need
Each time a see a loved one cry
Each time a dear friend has to die.

Oh, yes, I bleed; And, often too,
And I feel hurt the way you do.
But the mystery that we all must feel -
Is; Are we Strong Enough to Heal?

And take joy in each and every breath,
Lest, we slowly bleed to death.
The very best that we can do,
Is; help others in their healing, too.

"I am strong enough to heal"

When the darkest moment reach my bruised emotions,
I searched for a dear friend, and what I found was many.

You will "heal" was all I heard, I hurt and some hurt with me.

Sleep would not come to me, with each hour I was awake I was
healing myself.

With each breath, I took in every caring word and I knew,
"I am strong enough to heal".

The many prayers and hugs, the sharing of pain,
it all started to take the darkness away.
I was confronting it all, no, I will not fail myself.

Can one be strong enough to "feel" healed, after a marathon of sleepless nights?

I can say yes my friends, I can, in all my sleepless hours
my earth angels stayed with me.

When I finally layed down to sleep,
I woke up to a brighter day, a stronger person
and a "feeling" of being healed.

A new morning, a new breath of life, a stronger awareness
of all my friends, my earth angels, I am doing ok.

I am strong enough to heal, for I believe in faith,
I believe in me, I am....I am healed.

The darkness was just a challenge of many nights.

I am healed, my spirit was touched as I finally slept.

I'm happy for you! I've been using life experience as a teaching tool for about three years ago to raise awareness about the dynamics involved in creating 'disability'.

It's always a positive experience and the old saying here applies more and more in this context .. it feels better to give than to receive.. and believe me when you're imparting part of yourself to others to make a change in their life or outlook, you will learn from yourself as well!

It's an experience worth taking and wish you luck and satisfaction!!!
