Think over carefully what is is you want to say, werite it down if you have to, not once mention your past while expressing yourself to her.
The painful past can be shared, in conversation, and then let go of it and not mention it again.
Communication is essential, and she has to know how you feel about her, while understanding your past....
just do not let the old pain and issues become of your relationship.
You are entering something new, you are going to be creating wonderful memories together, treat her in a way that is special just for her.
