greeneyescp5Denver, Colorado USA4 Threads 275 PostsPretty crazy here...my son tried to get here yesterday from 30 minuets away...on a bus that stayed stuck for 7hrs..the national guard got them out...they only made it a few miles down the road...he stay with a lot of others in a mall last night...thousands of people stuck... 2+ feet out my window...Listening to the White stripes waiting for him to get here safe..

Denvers my home town and Ive seen pics my brother sent me earlier today..Good luck to you ..try to stay warm..He said it took him 6 and ahlf hours to dig out from his front door 8 ft to the street...Its bad here In KS too..Not quite as bad tho

Hi Green Eyes - know the feeling well. I was an idiot yesterday and went into work in Aurora, by 9:00 AM I was on my way home. It took me 3 hours to go 57 miles. I had to stop 8 times to clear the windshield wipers because they kept freezing over. My son called me from 1 1/2 miles from home and I couldn't go out to get him. I couldn't get the car out. He finally asked a total stranger for a ride and they brought him home! I've been buried in all day today. It's been insane!
