Hair color is no big deal, if it makes her feel good. It isnt something that will harm her physicaly. But a good decision on your's and her's not too have the piercings. One day she will thank you for it.
HELL FRICKIN NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does that answer the original question? LOL
I have a son well into adulthood who still sees guys with even one earring as looking "gay". His sibling doing something like this would even horrify him. And yes, the subject has come up, and that was my answer. Told her to wait until she moved out of my house, and if she did it then, to keep her mouth shut so I didn't have to see it, or take it out, when she came to visit. Of course when I told her what the common reasoning for doing such a thing was, she was disgusted enough to give up on the idea altogether. LOL

Have to change my opinion on this topic. My daughter has had piercings since she was 15. She never had a problem until recently. She is 20 now and just came from the dentist..She has an ulcer in her mouth and he stated that it is due to trauma of the piercing rubbing against her tooth and gums. She will need to have minor surgery in the near future to have skin put back around the gum area... Lesson learned for this mom!!
my first thought is i know nothing about piercings. So i would consult with my ex first. Discuss it. Reflect on the pro's and con's then decide. Unitl such a time as my daughter is an adult, i have a say in what she does.
