Citrus fruit juice, fruits rich in Vitamin C
are very helpful in fever.
During fever, avoid cooked food as much as possible, take only fruits or fruit juice.

Keep on top of your health. I found out today that my kidneys are bad, doctor told me point blank I got to give up cigarettes and stop taking anti inflammatorys for pain. This happened to me because in years past, I ignored my health and now its got to this point.

Hey there! I've got a health tip that's been a game-changer for me: Vitamin D3. A while back, I was feeling really run down, and a friend suggested I try taking Vitamin D3 supplements. I was skeptical at first, but after a few weeks of consistently taking them, I noticed a real difference. My energy levels improved, and even my mood seemed more stable. I also noticed that my skin was looking clearer, which was a nice bonus. Now, I make sure to take my Vitamin D3 every day, especially during the darker months when I might not get as much sunlight. It's become a staple in my daily routine, and I definitely recommend giving it a try if you're feeling a bit off. Always best to check with a doctor first, though! By the way, you can read more about the beneficial properties of vitamin D here:

I wonder if anyone out there has ever heard this: (I will try to be as discreet as possible so mods don't erase this..)

Do you know that a Caucasian man and a Caucasian woman can have a completely -----baby? Sure as the sun rises. It happens because somewhere in either past this relationship occurred, and it can be generations ago. There have even been divorces over this (before DNA testing...) I am not being in any way judgemental, this is just a biological fact. I am not sure if other races can dominate the same.

My very good friend, an M.D. has said to me many times, "keep moving", "drink plenty of water" "go low on flavored sugared drinks......."In Oregon it is especially important to take Vitamin D, because of under-exposure to sunlight.

My advice for health would be no smoking, no drugs, no fats, no sugar, keep active.

In other words, do the complete opposite of what I do conversing
